Things you need to know
The signature authorisation on your account will determine what form you need to fill in. You will only need to fill in one form, not both.
If more than one signature is required for your account authorisation you will need to fill out a hard copy form.
If only one signature is required for your account authorisation you can set up a direct debit using the online form below.

What to expect
We will email you to confirm your direct debit has been setup at least 10 days before the first payment.
This will be reflected on your rates invoice.
