A passion for both grassroots and professional sports, I believe that investing in sports infrastructure and events will not only elevate Hamilton’s national profile but also drive economic growth, community wellbeing, and overall liveability. My strategy is simple – attracting more events, visitors, and investment into the city, Hamilton can increase revenue streams and in turn reduce pressure on council rates.
Raised in Hamilton, I understand the unique strengths and challenges of the local community. I bring a fresh perspective, energy, and a results-driven mindset to the table – focused on smart investments, community health, and financial accountability.

2. What is your aspiration for Hamilton Kirikiriroa?
To invest in sports infrastructure and events, to elevate Hamilton’s national profile and drive economic growth, community wellbeing, and overall liveability.
3. How do you think Council could best use opportunities to meet the key challenges we are facing?
One of the key challenges we are facing as a council is the lack of sound investment. By attracting more events, visitors and capital into the city, Hamilton can increase revenue streams and in turn reduce pressure on council rates.
4. If there was one thing you could change about Hamilton Kirikiriroa immediately, what would it be?
Cut wasteful spending and propose a smart investment strategy based on community health and financial accountability.
5. What qualities would you bring to Council that will help our city thrive?
I value unity and I work well with others. I have a positive mindset and I’m future focused with a key goal to driving sound investments and reducing debt for a city we all call home.
