Candidate Statement
I am Roma Tupaea Warren, family man, fifth generation farmer and retired constitution treaty lawyer. Tainui's my Iwi, Koata and Tiipa my Hapuu, and Waikato my Turangawaewae Domain. I'm also the Founder of the Constitution Party and emerging PANPAC Bank.
As Mayor, I pledge to super grow our regional economy and personal wealth by: Merging Hamilton City and Waikato Districts into a Hitech Corporate Supercity; Protecting Local Businesses against immigrating competition; Establishing Hamilton as 'The' Development Banking, Financial and Investment Corporate Supercentre of the 'Pan Asia and Pacific Area Commonwealth' (PANPAC); Relocating New Zealand's currency minting services to Hamilton from Canada; Establishing Hamilton's based PANPAC Bank as Aotearoa's Premier Bank; Endowing Hamiltonians as shareowners in the Bank; Establishing 'Housing and Construction Waikato' to build Hamilton's new Medical Pharmacy School, Public Hospital, student staff residencies, and our Supercities' infrastructure critical to operations.
