Your Council services and water services are now delivered by two separate organisations.
Drinking water, wastewater and stormwater services have moved to IAWAI – Flowing Waters Ltd.
IAWAI is 100% owned by the Hamilton City Council and Waikato District Council.
Water information is being moved to the new IAWAI website. During this transition, some water pages may still appear on Councils website and online forms and payments will continue to be completed through Council systems.
