Pay building invoices

What you need

You'll need either:

• Debtor account number
• Building invoice number(s)

You can pay a single invoice, multiple invoices or the outstanding balance on your account.

Credit card fees

If you're paying by credit card you will incur a 1.2% merchant fee.

Pay your consent fees

Pay the fee to receive your building consent documents. You can pay online or in person.

In order to avoid delays with receiving your granted application documents please ensure you pay as early as possible after receiving your invoice.  You can pay via our online portal, with online banking or in person.

Building consent fees are excluding document management fees. Additional fees may also apply-see additional building consent related fees. Building consent fees are owed once you have submitted your application and are required to be paid before your granted application documents can be issued.

You'll receive confirmation of payment as soon as possible.

If there is still an outstanding amount on your invoice, we'll send you a reminder before it is due.
