What is an annual plan?
Every three years we develop the Long-Term Plan – setting major projects, budgets and financial strategy (including proposed rate increases) for the next 10 years.
In each of the two years after that, we develop an Annual Plan – outlining changes or additions to the Long-Term Plan.
Our Annual Plan

The most recent annual plan covers Year 2 of 2024-34 Long-Term Plan.
In July 2024 we adopted the 2024-34 Long-Term Plan.
In each of the two years following a long-term plan, we develop an annual plan – outlining changes or additions to the Long-Term Plan.
