Elected and appointed member attendance

​​​​​​​​​​​​These documents show the attendance (present or absent) of Elected and Externally Appointed Members at Council/Committee meetings. The attendance records do not reflect Members' other Council related commitments such as appointments to external/joint groups or other council related responsibilities, meetings, and civic events which have a significant workload and time commitment attached.

It is important to note that attendance at meetings may be affected by personal circumstances, such as bereavement or ill health. Members may also be absent from a meeting due to needing to attend other Council related commitments/ business. The attendance tables below do not include detailed information on reasons for absence or partial attendance. This information is recorded as part of the minutes of meetings which you can find here.
