I agree this intersection is dangerous peak hours and after school wouldn't use this exit from East street because cars fly around that blind corner heading north. I would of suggested a round about to slow traffic but not interfere with flow of such a busy main road without impacting other streets suggested in these plans that would impact an already existing problem exiting Enderley Ave onto Peachgrove impossible and onto Fifth Ave from John st for the same reason suggest a road marked Clearway to allow all traffick to get out and merge on to Peachgrove road and Fifth ave. Enderley Ave is used hugely by south bound commuters to avoid 5X rds intersection and Southwell school pick ups and drop offs... I have literally been stuck getting out of my residence because of congestion at these times...

| Which of the following best describes you? |
I live in Enderley Ave and travel peachgrove road regularly
|
| What do you use the East Street intersection for? |
It’s a local road close to my house
|
| Do you support the proposal for a new pedestrian crossing point on Brooklyn Road near East Street? |
No
|
| Please share reasons for your selection. |
I said no because it is easy to cross safely the traffick flow usually is not significant unless East Street becomes shut off in anyway... The Brooklyn road entry to 5xrds is difficult to get onto in busy traffick many commuters travel from Brooklyn through Pearson and Daisy st to turn left to get onto 5xrds intersection...
