Option 4 creates limited parking in front of the schools themselves which is better for parents doing through drop offs. Having to go down side streets will be a nightmare to just let kids out and you will have kids likely more the hbhs kids jumping out while traffic lights are red creating a whole new safety issue.

Reducing to limited is logical, not removing entirely.
