| Which option for on-street short-stay parking in the central city do you support? |
Option 1: Two hours free (Council’s preferred option)
|
| Help us understand the reason for your response: |
One hour is not long enough to find a car park and do your general business. It needs to be a minimum of 90mins but since this isn't an option then I support 2 hours free.

| Do you support Council’s proposal to increase the entry fee for non-Hamiltonians aged 16 and over to enter the enclosed areas at Hamilton Gardens to $27.50 from October 2026? |
Yes (Council's preferred option)
|
| Help us understand the reason for your response: |
Yes this is a fair rate for tourist to enjoy an unlimited amount of time at the gardens. It should have been charged many years ago to build revenue for investing in the gardens. I would like to see more investment into the gardens as it's our number 1 attraction and the potential is massive with increased overseas tourist expected.
