I mainly use the parking to go into shop but sometimes depending on where I find a spot the one hour is touching it.

The Auckland museum got a price for NZ from outside Auckland a a price for non NZ. Could that be an option to have a different price if you are a tourist compare to having a blanket price for anybody not from Hamilton?
