A more comprehensive and better planned public transport system which grants disabled people and community services card holders free or heavily discounted rates.

That smaller communities needs will be sidelined on account of their lower populations. That some services will be stretched to cover other areas without adequate funding or personnel to cover the increased loads.
That not enough will be done the assist disabled people to get disability cards without unnecessary levels of hassle, and the discount is usually meagre. There need to be proper Feral Cat measures because they're a real risk to our biodiversity, and in conjunction with that we need better neutering discounts to prevent unwanted kittens from repopulating feral cats. |
