Cost savings due to removal of council services that are duplicated between Councils currently.
Sharing of Plant and equipment to save on costs. Single meetings and central desicion making. |

I would be concerned that there would be a Biased group trying to decide who and what might be retained in the way of staff and buildings and plant. Although I believe a ethical approach to any redundant staff this is going to need to happen.
