About Sean

Sean joined Council as Strategy and Communication General Manager in 2016. He leads the group responsible for connecting the community and Council via communication, engagement and strategies, and plans that reflect community desires.

In a previous role as Head of Performance, Strategy and Customer Experience at New Zealand Post, Sean’s achievements included developing a retail network plan and strategy that would save more than $4 million annually. His other strategic experience includes senior roles at Mighty River Power, Kiwibank and ANZ.
