Keiran is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years' experience as a business advisor and insolvency specialist.
Before focusing on corporate governance, she was a consultant at Nexia New Zealand and a partner at Crichton Horne & Associates.
She is currently on the Board of Lotto New Zealand, ScreenSouth and Breastscreen Otago Southland. She has previously been a Director of Solid Energy New Zealand and Crown Asset Management.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce and Management from Lincoln University and is a chartered member of the Institute of Directors.
