What we are doing
-
Hamilton City Council is following advice from the Ministry of Health and Central Government and preparing accordingly as we join the rest of the country in responding to and recovering from the effects of COVID-19.
-
Council staff are changing the way they work to adapt to changing situation and now where possible are working from home or being redeployed to different roles. Our priority is to look after our people, our community and to make sure the city runs the way it needs to.
Remember to:
- Wash and thoroughly dry your hands or use hand sanitiser regularly
- Sneeze and cough into your elbow.
- Keep your distance from people you do not know.
- Clean or disinfect shared surfaces often.
- If you have cold, flu or Covid-19 symptoms, stay home and get a test.
