2022/23 Heritage Fund Allocation - To inform the Council on the 2022/2023 Heritage Fund round and to seek approval for the allocation of the budgeted $80,000.00 Heritage Fund for the 2022/23 financial year. The Heritage Fund allocation process is managed by staff; however, only Council can approve final allocation of the Fund as per the 2019-22 Governance structure and the Hamilton City Historical Heritage Fund Guidelines.
River Safety Pilot Project Update - To update Council of progress with River Safety Pilot Project and associated funding applications.
Staff are seeking direction from elected members the proposed way forward for projects where a funding gap exists.
